Nut-free Granola with quinoa, seeds and goji. I love this stuff so much that I even put it on top of my ice-cream!

Nut-Free Granola with Quinoa, Seeds and Goji

Servings 3 cups


  • 1 cup traditional oats (not quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp goji berries


  1. Pre-heat oven to 160C/320F.  Combine the oats, quinoa, sunflower seeds, pepitas and coconut flakes in a large bowl.

  2. Warm the coconut oil and maple on the stove.  Add to the dry mixture and stir to combine.  Spread out on a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.

  3. Allow to cool and sprinkle with the chia seeds and goji berries.

Recipe Notes

Store in an airtight container.  Makes about 3 cups.
