Healthy Avocado Chia Pops
Ingredients

avocado

cup
coconut milk

tablespoons
honey
, or to taste
1 - 2
tablespoons
lemon juice

chia seeds

strawberries
, sliced
Instructions
Add all ingredients (expect the chia seeds and strawberries to a high speed blender or food processor.
Process until smooth. Stir through the chia seeds. Add sliced strawberries to your popsicle moulds and add the avocado mixture. Add sticks and freeze.
