Ingredients

cup
frozen shelled edamame
thawed
1
tsp
olive oil
2
springs
thyme
1
tbls
pecorino cheese
grated
salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F. Add edamame to a roasted tray, toss in the oil, thyme leaves, pecorino and salt.
Spread in an even layer and roast for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
