It doesn’t get much simpler than this – Banana dipped in lemon juice and tossed in coconut. A nice easy snack for the little ones – it also makes it easy for them to grip.
Coconut covered Bananas
- 1 or 2 bananas
- Desiccated coconut
- Freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice
- Cut the banana into bite sized pieces. Dip banana pieces in the lemon or orange juice then straight into the coconut. Toss to coat.
