Mango, Pineapple, Lime and Coconut Tapioca

Mango-pineapple-lime-coconut-tapioca

This really is a deliciously healthy snack, dessert or even breakfast.  Mango, Pineapple, Lime and Coconut Tapioca is also perfect to freeze.  I simply warmed the mixture a little and it was perfect.  So double the recipe if you like and freeze what you don’t use for another day – enjoy…

Sausages and Beans with no knead Rye Bread

Sausages with Bean and home made no knead bread

This is a simple dish that is packed full of flavour.   If you are keen to try the no knead bread recipe you will have to start it the night before.  It may look like a lot of steps, but once you have does it once, it really is very easy.  It also require a heavy oven…

Peach & Apple Compote

A delicious compote of peach, apples and spices.  It is lovely eaten on its own, or we like it on our porridge of a morning.   Freeze in ice cube trays and take portions out as you need them.  Compotes are a great why to introduce spices to your little one.

Rhubarb Yoghurt Cake

This is a great cake to get the kids involved.  All ingredients go into the one bowl, mix, bake and you’re done.  Simple but truly delicious.    I’ve added some fresh rhubarb, one of my favourite ingredients –  It reminds me of my dad.  He used to grow it in the backyard and would always cook some for…
